Experiential music workshop based on voice and rythm. In this workshop we will explore the basic musical elements using traditional songs (melody, rhythm). In a pleasant environment, using games and various music and movement activities, the children will be given the opportunity to discover their own voice through individual and group singing. They will also be able to express themselves and to further develop their imagination through improvisation. An emphasis is given in connecting music with movement as well as in the use of everyday objects, such as plastic bottles, papers, pebbles, in a creative, musical way.
The aim of the workshop is the entertainment and socialization of the children, the development of their vocal and rhythmical capabilities, the enhancement of their creativity and their imagination, and their appreciation and affection for the music tradition of our country.
The music workshop is aimed at Primary School children.
