Let’s cook with tomato, tomato and a little more tomato! A unique cooking class full of… what else? Tomato!
Traditional dishes from Santorini and the rest of Greece based on tomatoes, are prepared by the participants themselves under the guidance of an experienced cook at the Industrial Museum. Tomato jam, braised chicken in tomato sauce and many other recipes that will satisfy every demanding palate!
The aim of the program, through this unique gastronomic experience, is for the participants to get to know the secrets of the Mediterranean diet and to taste classic Greek flavors through cooking.
At the end of the class, the “aspiring” chefs enjoy their creations paired with a bottle of Assyrtiko, Santorini’s traditional dry white wine.
