School groups get to know the museum through educational and experiential workshops especially designed for children.
The pupils learn about the industrial period of the island, the different aspects of industry as well as its history and significant role in the development of a specific area.
Moreover, children learn in depth the production of tomato paste and the tomato’s nutritional values. With the guidance of the trained museum staff, they learn how to cook the tomato paste, they seal their cans, while creating their own unique labels.
